PRODUCT + CARE INFO
We love fabric softener but activewear does not! Machine wash delicate or hand wash cool, remove promptly and hang to dry. We highly recommend using gentle detergent and hand washing for greater longevity.
Five The Label uses six proprietary fabrics, each engineered for a specific feel and function:
AURA — Cloud-soft, intentionally flexible, and built for real movement. 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex.
LIFT — Smooth and sculpting, built to lift exactly where you need it. 79% Polyester, 21% Spandex.
BREATH — The perfect combination of breathability and movement. 82% Polyester, 18% Lycra.
WISP — Featherlight with a brushed, cotton-soft hand that feels worn-in from day one. 92% Rayon, 8% Spandex.
FORM — Frames your body with a smooth, sheen-like glow. 82% Polyester, 18% Spandex.
MIRAGE — Light and airy yet structured, water and wrinkle resistant with long-lasting durability. 88% Polyester, 12% Spandex.

SHIPPING
Five The Label is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed, although most often shipped within one business day. Orders will take an additional 2-9 business days for delivery based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. All standard packages are shipped via UPS, USPS or APC for international orders.
*New Releases, the Holiday rush, Black Friday + other sales may delay this process during higher order volumes.*
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are considered to be Business Days.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered to be business days in all locations and you may or may not receive deliveries on said days depending on your location. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Expedited shipping options (Express 2-Day and Overnight) will be offered at checkout if available. Typically, orders placed before 12pm MST will ship same-day. Orders placed after 11am MST will ship the next business day. All other orders (Standard and Priority Mail) will likely ship next day, but may take 2-3 business days during high volume sales. Please note that expedited orders may or may not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays depending on your location. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We truly are sorry if this is the case for you! Unfortunately once the package is picked up it is out of our control if the delivery service does not meet the specific timeline stated on our website. Due to that, if the package was processed within 1-3 business days and the delivery is delayed due to the courier we cannot refund the shipping amount.
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, national events, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We do not offer refunds or compensation for shipping delays resulting from these events.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email stating that your order has shipped, please email info@fivethelabel.com immediately using the Subject: "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your order number + correct shipping address in the body of the email.
If you have already received an email stating that your order has shipped, please check the tracking number in the email to see which courier was used to ship the package. Call your local office of the courier, give them your tracking number, and let them know the correct address of where you would like the package delivered. Unfortunately couriers don’t allow us (the sender) to make any changes after we have shipped your package.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable for incorrectly entered addresses, and the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
We sure do! Orders outside the USA are shipped via APC. International shipping typically takes up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs and where internationally the package is going. Your tracking number could take up to a week to update. International packages are shipped out with duties and taxes unpaid, or paid, depending on which method you select at checkout. Shipping options may vary depending on the recipient's country. Five strives to be compliant with the laws of each country in determining what the fees/charges may be if any. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies before placing an order.
Local post offices may charge the recipient duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery in the local currency. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees of the package (either paid at checkout or upon arrival).
Shipping time and estimated delivery dates can vary depending on location and package size. If there are any delays in receiving your package, we recommend contacting your local customs office as most undelivered packages are being held there.
YOUR ORDER
We want to be perfect, but no one is! Items may go out of stock during checkout. In the event that occurs, you will be notified and refunded for the item(s) that are no longer available.
Because we strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, changes aren’t always possible once it’s been placed. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, Five may be able to make adjustments (with the exception of high-volume periods like Black Friday). Please email info@fivethelabel.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been processed yet.
Once orders are placed, our system does not allow us to combine orders. You're welcome to place a separate order.
Please notify our customer service team by emailing info@fivethelabel.com with a photo of the incorrect item you received. They will respond within 1-2 business days to take care of you!
First check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If it’s not there, then try adding info@fivethelabel.com to your email address book and check/search again. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly. Please email us at info@fivethelabel.com with the name in which you purchased + approximate time of order, and tell us the email address where you would like the order confirmation sent. We will check to see if the order didn't go through or if the email address was simply entered incorrectly at checkout.
Purchases that are not processed due to a credit card declining because of credit limit, invalid zip code or invalid CVC number may still show up on your account as a pending charge. This charge however should drop off your account within a couple of days before any money is taken out of your account.
Due to the fact that we can't verify if the item washing instructions were followed; once an item has been washed it is ineligible to return for a refund. We recommend checking all items for specific washing instructions (hand-wash items should be washed by hand, never machine washed) before washing.
Due to an increase in fraudulent claims, Five The Label is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery via tracking number. If you believe there was a mistake with your order, please file a claim with the shipping courier. If you believe there was a mistake by Five The Label, please email our customer service team at info@fivethelabel.com
Five The Label offers a one-time price adjustment per customer on full-price items provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a price adjustment.
Customers who have already received a price adjustment will not be eligible for additional adjustments.
This one-time adjustment applies only to flash sales (unpredictable, non-advertised promotions). Price adjustments are not offered for any advertised or anticipated sales, including all U.S. holidays.
Gift cards are excluded from all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You will receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 3-5 business days after the date on which the refund is initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works and is out of Five's control.) Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal and can only be refunded to the original form of payment. In the case of a reversal, the original payment may drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit may not necessarily be issued.

We carry sizes across youth and adult sizing:
Youth: 5Y, 6-7Y, 8-10Y, 12Y, 14Y
Teen/Adult: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL
Our site is all together in one place! Each product shows photos on a variety of models — youth, teen, women, and men — so you can easily see how pieces fit across different ages and body types.
Not anymore! We've added 14Y as a dedicated size for kids who've outgrown 12Y but aren't ready for adult sizing. 14Y bridges the gap between youth and adult, so there's a better fit option at every stage.
Yes! Teen/Adult sizing (XXS–2XL) uses the same measurements regardless of who you're shopping for. We show multiple model types so you can find the fit reference that works best for you.
