Customer Success Representative
We are hiring for our Five Customer Success Team. Full-time hybrid position available between 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.
Starting pay: $17.00 per hour

What this job requires:

Maintain polite & professional communication in-person, on the phone, and through email; professionally answer all customer inquiries via phone and email within 24 hours.

Excellent oral & written communication skills (business communication, proper grammar, concise in speech, conversational skills)

Confidence with conflict resolution & finding solutions

While working remote keep excellent communication with team

Report on customer inquiries/recurring questions or policy issues

Assist with returns as needed

Memorize all Five Dancewear products names and styles

Communicate any concerns with manager

Five Store Associate
We are hiring for our Five Store Team. Full-time preferred position available between 9:30am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday.
Starting pay: $12.00 per hour
